We are looking for a ‘Senior Talent Acquisition Manager’ for our business partner that we are consulting

Job Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Increase professional network by using social media
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CV’s, portfolios and referencces
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Work with the heads of departments / units for evaluation of employees
  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
  • Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team
  • Higher education
  • Excellent computer skills – excellent level of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and İnternet
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Residing in İzmir/İstanbul
