Job Description
- Establishing open and effective communication within the company, sharing company goals with the employees, increasing employee loyalty to the company
- Carrying out the necessary procedures for new employees to adapt quickly to the organisation
- Providing continuous training and development to employees
- Encouraging employees to participate in projects and decision-making processes within the company, caring about feedback
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in the Human Resource as a Manager
- Managed a small team for 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Residing in İstanbul
