We are looking for a ‘Senior Project Manager’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in İstanbul
Job Description;
- Continuously monitor the achievements of project indicators and liaise with other departments to achieve them
- Identification of recruitment needs for the determination of project performance indicators
- Establish direct contact with the representatives of the projects on the clients’ side and identify with them the courses of action to achieve the performance indicators
- Controlling the work processes of coordinated projects, establishing active measures to improve training and operational activities and proposing improvement plans
- Propose changes in operational projects and provide feedback to customers based on the results after the test period
- Allocate resources and responsibilities within the team to achieve business results and meet the demands of a dynamic environment
- Monitoring and realisation of the determined financial operational targets
- Reporting directly to the operations director
Job Requirements;
- 2-3 years of experience in a Business Process and Outsourcing company in a leadership role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Residing in İstanbul

Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Increase professional network by using social media
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CV’s, portfolios and referencces
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Work with the heads of departments / units for evaluation of employees
- Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
- Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team
- Higher education
- Excellent computer skills – excellent level of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and İnternet
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Good knowledge of English
- Residing in İzmir/İstanbul
