This “Privacy Statement” is published to inform you about your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK, regarding the processing of your personal data, the transfer of your processed personal data, the methods of collecting your personal data, and your other rights stated in Article 11 of the KVKK. We would like to inform you that we pay maximum attention to the confidentiality and security of all personal data provided to Doga HR and that all necessary technical and administrative security measures have been taken to protect this data.

Data Controller Status:

As Doga HR, we act as the Data Controller under the KVKK, and we hereby inform you that we will record, store, process, classify, update, and, in accordance with the purposes set out in the KVKK and other legal regulations, disclose and transfer your personal data to third parties for the purposes listed below, in compliance with the law and the principles of honesty.

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data:

Your personal data is processed by Doga HR, in accordance with the basic principles regulated in the KVKK and relevant legislation, to enable you to benefit from the services we offer, depending on your explicit consent and/or other conditions stated in Article 5/2 of the KVKK and other cases specified in Article 11 of the KVKK. Considering the services provided by Doga HR, your personal data is processed in our recruitment and human resources processes, processes related to our business relations, technical processes, and for the purpose of meeting the requests of third parties and sustaining the commercial activities of the Company. Your personal data is stored securely in physical and electronic media for an appropriate period of time in accordance with the processing purpose. In this regard, Doga HR complies with all legal obligations, including but not limited to the KVKK.

Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Your Personal Data:

Your personal data is collected through various channels as follows, depending on the purpose of processing:

1.Personal data provided directly by you to Doga HR: All information and documents transmitted by you to us;

2.Personal data collected about you from third parties: Information and documents obtained from the institutions and organizations and/or customers we cooperate with and/or official institutions such as the Turkish Employment Agency;

3.Personal data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Your personal data may be collected automatically or non-automatically, in writing, verbally, or electronically, through Doga HR and Doga HR’s contracted corporate websites, and other similar channels.

In this context, your personal data may be processed and transferred to third parties by obtaining your explicit consent or relying on the conditions specified in Article 5/2 and Article 6/3 of the KVKK, without obtaining your explicit consent and subject to the conditions specified in Article 7 of the KVKK.

Transfer of Your Personal Data:

Our company may share your personal data, which it has obtained for the above-mentioned processing purposes, with our group companies, directly/indirectly business partners, customers with whom we have contractual relationships, suppliers, business partners, independent audit companies within the scope of our activities, or competent public institutions or organizations authorized to request such data within the framework of legal limitations, within the scope of our operational objectives and with limited to the purpose of activity, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes regulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

Transfer of Personal Data Abroad:

Your personal data can be transferred abroad by Doga HR only with your explicit consent in accordance with the regulation in Article 4/2 of the KVKK or without obtaining your explicit consent in the presence of the conditions specified in Article 5/2 and Article 6/3 of the KVKK, and only limited to the countries announced by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) as countries with adequate protection, and limited to cases where the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country provide sufficient protection in writing and obtain the permission of the Board.

Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK:

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, your rights are as follows:

1. Learning whether your personal data has been processed,

2.Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,

3.Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

4.Knowing the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,

5.Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,

6.Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

7.Requesting notification of the operations carried out in accordance with subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

8.Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

9.If you incur damages due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the law, demanding the compensation of the damage.

In this context, while using your rights, you need to submit your requests to Doga HR “in writing” or by the methods determined by the KVKK. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not yet determined another method, at this stage, it is necessary to submit your requests in writing. As the data subject, by not reading and accepting the Personal Data Protection Policy Statement on Doga HR’s website before performing transactions on the website and webpage, you will be deemed to have consented to the processing and sharing of your personal data obtained through the website and webpage transactions.
