We are looking for a ‘Senior Talent Acquisition Manager’ for our business partner that we are consulting
Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Increase professional network by using social media
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CV’s, portfolios and referencces
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Work with the heads of departments / units for evaluation of employees
- Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
- Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team
- Higher education
- Excellent computer skills – excellent level of Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and İnternet
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Good knowledge of English
- Residing in İzmir/İstanbul
