We are looking for a ‘German Social Media Analyst and Community Manager’ for our corporate company in the social media sector that we consult.
Job Description;
- Managing community interactions on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc) to promote the company’s brand and attract potential candidates
- Communicating with the communities in German and English, answering questions and encouraging positive interactions.
- Creating relevant, engaging and shareable content together with the marketing team
- Analysing community engagement data to develop recruitment strategies and improve result
- Keep abreast of social media trends, recruitment marketing practices and industry developments
- Sharing community feedback with teams and suggesting improvements
- Plan and implement community initiatives and programmes
- Research new marketing and outreach opportunities to increase brand visibility
- Participate in social event, corporate events and workshops
Job Requirements;
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, community management or recruitment marketing
- Fluent writing and speaking skills in German native language and English (Preferably also in Dutch)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytical tools (e.g. Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Hubspot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data, identify social media trends and make strategic recommendations
- Ability to develop creative, compelling and original content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or video editing tools such as Capcut
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, friendly and outging personality
- Technological competence
- Residence in İstanbul or Antalya
- Suitable for office and flexible working
