German Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for a ‘German Senior Operations Manager’ for our corporate company that we consulting for

Job Description;

• Supervise daily operations and ensure service quality
• Directing and motivating the operations team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Managing customer interactions, maintaining high service levels and resolving issues quickly
• Collaborate with internal departments on operational objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Will take part in project target, profitability management and budget management
• Reporting to the operations managers

Job Requirements;

• 3 Years of experience as an Operations Manager in global operations of the Call Center industry
• Fluency in German at native level
• Fluency in English at professional level
• Managed multiple operations at the same time
• Home Office
• No travel restrictions
