We are looking for a ‘German Speaking Workforce Management Business Partner’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in Türkiye
Job Description;
- You are responsible for one of our projects in the fields of customer service
- You are responsible for staff planning within the project
- Development and continuous improvement of the Workforce Management (WFM) structure
- Ensuring quality standarts throughout the project
- Develop historical and real-time dashboards for management and operational control
- Providing information of stakeholders through regular analyses
- Provision of key performance indicators (KPI’S) relevant to the project
- Acting as the primary point of contact to the client on capacity, forecasting and performance related issues
Job Requirements;
- Extensive experience in Workforce Management is an advantage
- Multi-year work experience in call center and team management
- Experience in developing historical and real-time dashboards for management and operational control
- Knowledge of MS Office (espacially MS Excel an 0365)
- High degree of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a very good numerical understanding
