Senior Project Manager (İstanbul)

We are looking for a ‘Senior Project Manager’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in İstanbul

Job Description;

• Continuously monitor the achievements of project indicators and liaise with other departments to achieve them
• Identification of recruitment needs for the determination of project performance indicators
• Establish direct contact with the representatives of the project on the clients’ side and identify with them the courses of action to achieve the performance indicators
• Controlling the work processes of coordinated projects, establishing active measures to improve training and operational activities and proposing improvement plans
• Send regular reports to customers
• Monitor the development of supervisors and representatives and take all necessary
• Allocate resources and responsibilities within the team to achieve business results
• Reporting directly to Operations Director

Job Requirements;

• 2-3 Years of experience in a Business Process and Outsourcing company in a leadership role,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Residing in İstanbul
