We are looking for a ‘Technical Team Leader’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in İstanbul-Şişli
Job Description;
- To ensure the coordination and control of the team that meets inbound calls from the customer and establishes written communication (Whatsapp, Instagram, Chat and e-mail)
- Ensuring that the team’s performance criteria are achieved
- Achieving team targets by considering internal/external customer satisfaction
- Coaching and guiding the team to achieve their goals, monitoring their personal development, providing necessary support for team development
- To follow the process updates related to the sharing of reports on team performance and target achievement with the company manager
Job Requirements;
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the call center sector
- Having experience in operation management
- At least advanced level of written and spoken English language skills
- Preferably involved in te technical project
- Suitable for office work
- Strong customer relations
